David Kleinberg Design Associates – Manhattan High-Rise Apartment

Carol Weisman, a real estate developer, and her husband, Michael, an Emmy Award–winning sports and news producer, were looking for a place in New York City to eventually make their permanent home. After discovering a midtown Manhattan high-rise apartment, they connected with ELLE Decor A-List designer David Kleinberg to design a home to befit the city views that were enlivening their windows.

Kleinberg is known for his interior design projects from Palm Beach to Park Avenue; he prizes attention to architecture and follows the tenets of classical interior design, something he attributes to his 16 years working with Albert Hadley at Parish-Hadley before starting his eponymous firm in 1997. The Silicon Valley Workplace Will Never Be the Same

(Bloomberg) — When the headquarters of Mission Bio reopens next week, employees will find many of the familiar perks they enjoyed before Silicon Valley went into lockdown have changed. Instead of the communal trays of catered lunches served a few times a week, each employee will get their own boxed meal. The snacks will remain free, but the soda machine and tub of almonds will be replaced with canned beverages, bottled water and individually wrapped protein bites. One new benefit: Every two weeks, the startup plans to provide Covid-19 tests onsite to any staff member who wants one.
